About this course:
Our Fire Safety course is designed to equip participants with essential fire safety knowledge and the procedures that they need to follow in the event of a fire in the workplace. This course has been built around legislative guidelines that outline causes of fire, fire prevention, different types of fire, and how to deal with fire upon discovery. This course equips participants with the skills to identify fires, potential fire hazards, and fire prevention to help maintain safety and that of colleagues.
Learning outcomes:
At the end of this course, you will know your duties as a Fire Warden and the actions to be followed during a fire or an emergency. This course will also provide you with the skills to recognise the importance of fire prevention and how to implement fire prevention within the workplace.
The course will also focus on Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans (PEEP), record keeping, fire drills etc

● Fire Safety Equipment.
Certification
Successful participants will receive a Secusafe Fire Safety Certificate (which is valid for 2 years).
Course Delivery:
This course is delivered live online through Microsoft Teams or Zoom with an experienced trainer who has relevant industry experience. Our trainer is available online after the training for anyone who has further queries or requires assistance. On successful completion and submission of the questionnaire, participants will receive a Secusafe Training Certificate upon successful completion.
Please note that you also have an option for the delivery of this course through a classroom setting. If you wish to avail of this option, you will be required to have a training space suitable for both your staff members and our trainer to be socially distanced.
If you require us to provide a space for training, you will be guaranteed that our training spaces are adequate for allowing both your staff and our trainer to social distance during the training session.
