• Information You give Us. When making a purchase with Secusafe, We will collect Your contact information, which includes, name, address, email address, and phone number, as well as payment information and personal identification.

The legal basis for this processing is the performance of a contract between You and Us and taking steps, at Your request, to enter into such a contract.

• We may also collect information from the cardholder of another member of Your household.

The legal basis for this processing is consent, namely providing You with the Services You have requested.

Secusafe works alongside third parties (including business partners, certification service providers, and fraud protection services) and We may receive information from them about You. We will combine this information with the information You give to Us and the information We collect about You. We will use this information and the combined information for the purposes set out above (depending on the types of information We receive).

DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
You agree that We have the right to share Your Personal Data with:

a. Certification: Security Institute of Ireland, Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council

b. Analytics: Google Analytics

c) Analytics and search engine providers that assist Us in the improvement and optimisation of our site;

We will disclose Your Personal Data to third parties:

a) In the event that We sell or buy any business or assets, in which case We will disclose Your Personal Data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets.

b) If Secusafe or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case Personal Data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets.

c) If We are under a duty to disclose or share Your Personal Data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our terms and conditions and other agreements; or to
protect the rights, property, or safety of Secusafe, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit
risk reduction.

WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
All information You provide to Us is stored on our secure servers inside the European Economic Area ('EEA'). It will also be processed by staff operating inside the EEA who work for Us or for one of our suppliers. This
includes staff engaged in, among other things, the fulfillment of Your order, the processing of Your payment details and the provision of support Services. By submitting Your Personal Data, You agree to this transfer, storing, or processing. Secusafe will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your Personal Data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Where We have given You (or where You have chosen) a password that enables You to access certain parts of our site, You are responsible for keeping this
password confidential. We ask You not to share a password with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although We will do our best to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee the security of Your Personal Data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at Your own risk. Once We have received Your information, We will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

TRANSFERS OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA OUTSIDE THE EEA

Your Personal Data may be transferred outside of the EEA in order to carry out the Services We provide to You.

The lawful basis for this processing will either be: (a) on the basis of Your informed consent; or (b) necessary
for the performance, fulfillment and administration of a contract/order: (i) between You and Secusafe; or, (ii) where, at Your request, We act on Your behalf to provide Your Personal Data to a third party in order to enter into a contract with them (for example where We provide Your contact details to a domain name registry
outside of the EEA to assist You in the registration of a local country-code domain name).

All transfers of Your Personal Data outside of the EEA will be protected by appropriate safeguards. Where Your Personal Data is transferred outside of the EEA, We will ensure that either (a) The European Commission has made an "adequacy decision" with respect to the data protection laws of the country to which it is transferred,
or (b) We have entered into a suitable data processing agreement with the third party situated in that country to ensure the adequate protection of Your Personal Data in compliance with the GDPR.

CHILDREN

Our Websites and Services are not directed at individuals under the age of sixteen (16). We will not intentionally collect or maintain information about these individuals. If You believe that We may have
collected Personal Data from someone under sixteen (16), please let Us know. We will then take appropriate measures to investigate and, if appropriate, delete that information.

HOW LONG DO WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

• The right to access;

You have the right to ask Us to confirm whether or not We process Your Personal Data and, to have access to the Personal Data, and any additional information. That additional information includes the
purposes for which We process Your Personal Data, the categories of Personal Data We hold and the recipients of that Personal Data. You may request a copy of Your Personal Data. The first copy will be
provided free of charge, but We may charge a reasonable fee for additional copies.

• The right to rectification;
If We hold any inaccurate Personal Data about You, You have the right to have these inaccuracies rectified. Where necessary for the purposes of the processing, You also have the right to have any incomplete Personal Data about You completed.

In certain circumstances, You have the right to have Personal Data that We hold about You erased.

These circumstances include the following: it is no longer necessary for Us to hold those Personal Data in relation to the purposes for which they were originally collected or otherwise processed; You withdraw Your consent to any processing which requires consent; the processing is for direct marketing purposes; and the Personal Data have been unlawfully processed. are waiting for that objection to be verified. Where processing has been restricted for one of these reasons, We may continue to store Your Personal Data. However, We will only process it for other

To the extent that the legal basis We are relying on for processing Your Personal Data is consent, You are entitled to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

• The right to object to direct marketing

If You do not want Us to process Your Personal Data for direct marketing purposes, We will not process Your Personal Data for this purpose.
